IVF Consultation

Friends and family,

This has been a whirlwind of an adventure for Rob and I but we think we know we what we are doing next!! On Saturday morning (9/17) at 7:00 am we have a phone consultation with Dr. Corely at the CNY fertility Center. This clinic is in NEW YORK and we are excited, scared, nervous, all of the above!! They have offices in Syracuse, Albany, Rochester, and Buffalo. Currently we are thinking either Syracuse or Albany.

Why CNY fertility? I have heard AMAZING things about them through many women! I have been in contact with 1 woman who was at Reach, left there and went to CNY to have an IVF done this past summer and is now pregnant! I have heard amazing things about the staff there and the facilities. Another HUGE reason we are looking there is the cost. If I go to Reach to have it done it would cost over $20,000 for one round of IVF!! If we choose CNY fertility it's $4,725 for the cycle and monitoring. With the meds, travel and all expenses it would only be about $9,000. So that is significantly less! The Dr who started this clinic believes that infertility treatments should be affordable for ALL women! So his costs are significantly lower.

When? We would be doing this next summer. Being a teacher I wanted to make sure that I didn't miss a lot of school, so we decided that we would like to do it in June. It would require about a 2-3 week stay in New York from beginning to end.

We are very excited about this possibility but we would love for you to be praying for us!

Please pray that this consultations shows us whether CNY fertility is where we should be going or not.
Please pray for clear direction. This is where we would like to go, but we want the Lord's blessing
